One of the galaxy’s most well-known and respected brands, 8-Fifteen is always there to meet your needs — even in the farthest reaches of space! A frequent pit stop for travelers both local and interplanetary, where one can find almost anything their heart desires. You play as the Clerk of 8-Fifteen Location #97433213, just outside of Divinity City - a large megacity surrounded by nothing but desert. Your boss is trusting you to make sure nothing goes wrong!

A mysterious update has appeared on your Point-of-Sale system, despite it not being connected to the Net. Discover the effects of the Update as it infects your system, and learn from your customers how it’s affecting their lives as well. It seems that there may be more than just some malicious code involved…
Meet the Cast
THE CLERK (THEY / THEM)
The main character of the story: you! As the head clerk for Location #97433213, it’s your job to make sure the station is operating smoothly from open to close — 8 days a week, 15 hours a day. Choose to treat other characters with kindness or rudeness, and influence the ending of the story!
SAM (SHE / HER)
Your coworker, confidant, and… maybe more? Sam is the trusted second-in-command for your little desert station, always there when you need her. She’s dependable, level-headed, and usually on-time for her shifts. Sam will be there to support you throughout the story… Unless you cause her to quit!
FROGMAN (HE / HIM)
One of 8-Fifteen Location #97433213’s most reliable customers -- the Frogman comes in every night just to get out of the house and grab himself a drink. He doesn’t usually have much to say, but that doesn’t mean he has something to hide. There’s absolutely nothing shady about this character!
THE BLIND PRIEST (HE / THEY)
One of the highest ranking members of the Brotherhood of Vision, a priesthood dedicated to the art of prophecy, the Blind Priest has removed his physical eyes to better see through the spiritual veil of time. The Priest will show up throughout the story to give you hints at what ending you’re headed for — so heed his warnings!
THE ENFORCER (HE / HIM)
As with any planet during this time, Elyris is crawling with Officers of the Law. These guys will send pretty much anybody to jail if it’ll net them a promotion, even a child! This one in particular will come around asking you about any suspicious goings-on, but remember: “Snitches Get Stitches”!
